ke ke ke , that happened to me yesterday ! I found that if you drive @ 70kph the wind moves the rain very well across the top needless to say everyone drove 60kph ......
My biggest fear is that my wife sells my cars for what i told her they cost !!

Yes, I've been flooded in the buggy too numerous times, and I always found mysself with this catch-22:
a. Drive faster - exposure to rain more harsh, but quicker home
b. Drive slower - exposure to rain more moderate, but journey home longer...

Drove my Spyder faster to avoid getting wet, rain was so bad the aquaplaning forced me to slow down on the way back from Vereeniging on the R59 a few years ago
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......
