SHE MISSED HER 6 DISTINCTIONS BY 1% ON HER MATHS MARK.
SHE IS GOING TO ASK FOR A RE-MARK TO SEE IF SHE CAN SQUEAK THE SIXTH.
SHE WILL BE IN CENTURION AND 'TUKS' FROM 28TH JAN WHERE SHE WILL BE STUDYING ZOOLOGY. SHE WAS UNABLE TO GET STRAIGHT INTO VETERINARY SCIENCES BUT HOPES TO PARALLEL AND MOVE OVER AFTER 1ST OR 2ND YEAR. (IF HER MARKS ARE GOOD ENOUGH)
IF THERE'S ANYONE WHO KNOWS OF POSSIBLITIES FOR BURSARIES OR PLAYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR HER UP THERE, PLEASE CONTACT US.

CONGRATULATIONS Cyndi! That's an excellent result.
My youngest daughter is about to start her MSc in applied biology at UCT. She funded her honours degree with a bursary and has applied for funding for her masters. It sounds like we should put Cyndi in touch with her (when she returns from India at the end of January). PM me.

Will speak to the wife's cousin. She's a government vet and studied at tuks veterinary school. She may have some insights. Also my sister owns a promotional company in Pretoria, She could put Cyndi onto her staff contingent and she could do promotional work mostly at clubs and bars so to also get a foot into the door??
