I have just swpped a motor cycle for a Kestrel beach buggy body .
Not quite sure what do do with it yet, I might use the chassis from the Spyder to build it.
Here are some pics.
Thanks
It was a 125cc Honda estorm.
Bought it about 4 years ago for my son to get to college and back but thank heaven's he did not really like it so it just stood. I would sometimes use it to work.
Been trying to get rid of it for some time
Today I decided to trial fit the Kestrel body to the pan. After spending the better part of the day grinding off rusted nuts and bolts I was finally able to separate the three parts and put them on the pan.
I also noticed that there is a small metal tag on the driver's side with a number stamped on it, could this be a production number?.
Some pics to follow.

Today I decided to focus on the beach buggy so I took the body of and cleaned the pan.
While busy wire brushing I decided to give the pan the same treatment as the sand rail only a different colour
Will continue on Saterday doing the rest.
Before
I eventually finished coting the pan and then decided to install the pedal assembly aswell.
Then discovered that the accelerator cable tube inside the tunnel is broken so I had make a plan.
Found a length of 3mm I D stainless tube and this will be attached to the outside of tunnel.
