I have not done a road worthy on an old car for a while would this pass a road worthy test?

We weren't able to get a company Toyota Tazz through RWC with a body in similar state last year.

Normally rust is not a problem if not structural, as long as the mechanicals are all fine.
But as said, its up to the test techy to determine what he wants to pass or not.
Give it a try, you have 1 free return if you need to bring it back with repairs.
