Re: Why do I automatically get logged of?
No, it's a process of the browsers or possibly if the cookies get updated.
They are usually programmed with a datestamp and after a period of time,w ill automatically log you out of the forum. On your next visit you'll have to re-log back on. It "looks" like it's about 2 to 3 weeks between these forced logons.
If it's happening more often, then there's something else at fault, or your browser is out of date.
I am forced to log in on my work and home PC's every so many weeks, so, I don't think it's a problem, it's how the site admin has porgrammed cookies.
Deleting cached stuff and cookies won't "fix" this, it's part of the process. Eben can maybe enlighten us on the cookie settings he has?
