Aftermarket AC system for VW T2b subaru conversion

Hi,

A friend of mine is currently building me a Subaru EJ 20 (Phase I) conversion for my VW T2b from '78.
He has done this a couple of times so he knows what to do.

Now when I asked him about a aftermarket Airco-system, he was clueless.
I was wondering if any of you have experience with anything like this?
