This is a tough topic to talk about. It has been about 3 years since my fiance committed suicide, and I was being able to get back to a "normal" life. Last night I found out a very close friend of mine took her own life. It has hit home very hard for me, I am reliving what I walked in on 3 years ago. So please people, if you have a friend, relative, or just an stranger that looks like they have problems take the time to listen, you might just save a life. We are living in a go, go, go world and we don't have time for other peoples problems, but that few minutes you spend with them might just be what brings them back from the edge.

Sad indeed,in general they say there is no problem you get your self into that you cant get yourself out of.I lost a friend in Oz last week who took his life and he was 64 his long time girlfriend left him and he could not take it.

Thank you for your wishes, yes it is tough. About 3 and a half years ago my fiance was injured in an explosion while being in the military, she got severely injured but survived. Though body wise she recovered, but never did mentally. I did my best to help and understand, till I came home one night and found her. She took her own life, my life came tumbling down too. She was my everything. And only 27 years old, coming into the prime of her life. I cut myself off form everything and did a slow healing. Just as I thought I am ok, I got word that another friend committed suicide as well, at only 30 and leaving two young kids behind. I am mentally back where I was 3 years ago. So I beg of all to help, talk and understand, you might be just what that person needed to get them back from the edge.
