Does this mount on the front bumper brackets ?

Check the ad; I think it says it mounts on the bumper itself.

The mounting brackets look curved, so, I would guess that this will fit an early bay bumper only.

It might be curved to fit the deformable panel that the front bumpers mount onto on a late baywindow.
