I wanna say its some kind of puller but cant really work out how it "pulls" , I see some numbers on handles im sure they can help to figure out what they are
My biggest fear is that my wife sells my cars for what i told her they cost !!

Best guess...steering wheel puller.

It's the doohickey that aligns the whatsamacallit with the wheel hubs.
