Autovilla decode

Hi, hoping someone can help me. Just bought a 1974 Autovilla and need help decoding the M plate.
Mplate reads:
Top line: 292M EA 367 4676
Middle line: M7102 67/67
Bottom line: 2142 101 510

Anyone shed any light on this for me please?
