I have finally gotten around to doing this for you guys.... I hope it all makes sense.
I know I said I'll offer it in a kit form, but for now, it isnt worth the effort for me as I dont have the time to source the parts and get to a post office.... so this is a step by step how-to guide thingy for a simple system that will work.
Please remember, this isnt tamper proof and it is up to you to hide it nicely. All wiring is to be done properly.
This is not a certified immobilizer.

Alright.... parts that you need.
Wiring diagram
The wire going to the starter: (red in my picture)
Verbal description:
The remote and the receiver are from ET systems who do motorised gates and doors... any security shop should be able to supply.
The relay can be found at any auto spares shop.
Find a connection in the fuse box that only has power once the ignition is turned on. Run a wire from this point to the power (+) point in the receiver. Then from 0 to ground (this provides power to the receiver).
From the same fuse box point, run a wire to the relay coil (86), then from 85 to the N/O contact on the receiver, then from common (com) to ground. This N/O point is the switch, which when closed/activated (by the remote) allows power to pass through the relay thus closing the switch 30-87 and allowing power to pass through the relay.
The wire running from the ignition key switch to the starter can be disconnected at the starter and connected to the relay #87. Then a new wire is run from #30 to the same point on the starter. (Or you can cut the wire and place each end of the cut onto terminals 30 and 87).
Then read the instructions on how to program the remote to operate the receiver. Switch the ignition on and program the remote. If you keep reading the instructions, you will see you can also program in a timer, so the receiver resets after a time of your choice (I would choose 30 seconds).
If you have done all this properly and the car has not burned down, you can operate the system as follows:
climb into car
put key into key hole
turn key - ignition on (this provides power to the receiver but the starter motor is still out of action even if you engage the key to the start position)
press button on remote (relay engages and thus starter can operate)
you now have 30 seconds to turn the key to the start position and start the car - if it takes longer than 30 seconds, the relay will reset and you have to press the remote again.
drive as per normal.
instead of wiring the points 30 and 87 to the starter signal wire, you can run them in the same way to an electric fuel pump or the coil power supply (or any other item you want to control via remote. If you need the item on permanently then do not set up the timer.
