Work experience :-
None needed, but a short intense course with THE Fig(Gumtree expert) would psychologically prepare you for this ordeal.
Interview & appointment :-
No interview needed, you will be self appointed, just start a thread, and go for it.
Probation period;-
This position has no probation period, but person must keep in mind that ridicule by forum members could be possible.
