Calling all Autovillas

Calling all Autovillas, how about an Autovilla tour?

I know there are a few Jurgens Autovilla drivers on these forums. In their day these were the ultimate Old Fart's cars. I and many others know they are so uncool that they're cool :callook: and I'm glad so many good examples of these uniquely South African campers are being preserved locally :10: . It's also interesting to note how many Autovillas have found their way to the UK, Europe and even the US.

Ever since mrsfig and I bought our 74 Autovilla it's leapt to the top of the pops among our campers and we're looking for every excuse to take it on another road trip.

I propose a weekend (long weekend?) convoy somewhere, maybe to Gerhard's museum in Bloemfontein. :deflag:

When we do the run all buses/campers will be welcome to join, but the aim is to get as many Autovillas together as possible. :hangloose:

Hi, this little beauty found it's way over to the UK 5 years ago and we bought her looking like this. There's a good following over here and they create interest wherever we go.
