OK, we checked it out, and tightened the pins...there is a Shiteload of play... [12 and 6 position].
Who in Jo'burg do you recommend for doing this job?
If we still have trouble, we'll check the bearings out, although the blades need replacing first.

When I get the car back, and a full report on everything, then I'll write it up, because I'm not sure that was the only factor. There are two distinct noises.
