How did Captain Jack Sparrow do it?
So I was watching Pirates of the Caribbian on Sunday night (the first Black Pearl movie.) At one stage Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnn Depp) got caught by the Brits, and his hands were tied up in front of him with a chain. He then manages to escape, and slide down a rope from the top of a ship mast foofie slide -style to the harbour wall. My question is the following: if your hands are tied up with a chain, in other words a loop between your arms and your body, how do you get the chain over the rope? (I've been lying awake for 2 nights now trying to figure it out
)

Dont know about that one.Once saw a closeup in a movie of a guy driving a baywindow kombi.Next cut the guy was in a split,next cut back in a bay.It wasnt very obvious,(closeup pictures)just could see part of drivers window frame.
Locally we had more severe continuity mistakes. In Swart Kat there was a scene of a car chase,the guy was speeding away in a white Toyota Hiace,around the next corner he was in a white Nissan E20,a few seconds later when he was caught he was back in the Hiace.(Shot on different days,continuity lady thought all taxis looked the same).
