please advise me who the %^@$&%$# does some thing like this? 

have nothing on the cards now, but have a red beach buggy in sight that I want

it looks like the engine was never tightened down properly. Incorrect torque sequece.

Silicon should not be used on the case parting surfaces.
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.

thta is the silicone that peeled out to the inside of the casing, this guy even siliconed the rear bearing
yournal, the oil pump was so over siliconed that it will never pump oil. you wont beleve how dificult it was for me two split the casings from each other , thats how it was glued with the silicone
