Hi
I found the aircooledvwsa site when searching for split screen combi's on Ananzi. I have been (and still is!!!) a VW fan since owning a 1983 MK1 GTI and still have a 1.3 CitiGolf project in the making. I am interested in restoring / buying either a Split screen bus or later model Mikrobus - where do I search?

Hi every one . I am looking forward to discussing things air cooled. I own a 1970 panel van 1600cc twinport motor.It was the a semi knock down kit that was inported from Germany I believe. The van has disc brakes on the front wheels. I got the van from my late grand father. I rode for some some 3 years with cracked heads and finally one morning it refused to go any more. I took the motor out and did it over. I have driven many thousand of k's in the van. I am in the procces of stripping down the the body, becuase of rust
