Hi, is it possible to upgrade a 1300 single port to a 1500 single port by changing pistons and cylinders
or is there more work involved?

No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

The heads must be machined for larger cylinders the casing will be usable depending on the year pre 67 1300 engines have small oil passages and could give problems. BTW where do you find 1500 pistons and cylinders?
