Taht Harley is probably for a handi capped person, judging on the running boards that is modified. You will also probably find that when the bike gets to a certain speed, the side wheels folds backwards(judging by the contraption behind the riders seat...)

I have the same pants on right now, cept mine are brown and black. Im not liking the wheels though. Sound instal looks cool.
