Re: Converted Beetle wanted
Right Mark. Here goes...
I think I know what you are looking for... you want the classic look of the VW Beelte, but it should have the kick of a modern super car. Now, firstly, I think it is completely out of place to just jump i'm here and ask that type of question, with no one even knowing you, and expecting a straight answer. It just doesn't work like that, not even in physical conversations. You can't go to a stranger on the street ask him for something, and when he doesn't answer you immediately with the exact answer you wanted, go mad and swear at him. I'm only 22, and even I think that is a bit of a childish way to react.
Secondly, in the second post you made, you talk about "your scrappy VWs" and "join us in 2008 and start working on some real cars". If that is the way you feel, why the f#Ck do you want a Beetle. I'm sorry mate, but 1+1 does not equal 2 in this equation.
You are really welcome here, like some people already said, but please, slow the hell down. Rome wasn't built in one day. You are not gonna get the answer you're looking for in 5 minutes. Give it a few days, get to know more members, let more people read your post, and soon you'll have your information.
Just my thoughts... please, for crying out loud, don't take anything said on this forum personally... we joke around a lot!!! Have a sense of humour and respect towards others.

If you can't be bothered to follow the "guidelines" you got in your first email from the board for your first post, then expect some flack....Cyberbeast wrote: You are really welcome here, like some people already said, but please, slow the hell down.
