Sub Assembly

Post by Eye Candy »

Hi,

My beetle is a 1975 VW Beetle 1500 TP

Please help, my beetle is making all bearing like noise. I start up and all sounds ok, drive for about 10minutes then that noise starts and in the next 10minutes the car swithes off and wont start till i let her rest for 30minutes.

If it is the worst case, can i put a 1600 sub assembly or engine intomy bug, and what changes are to be made if any...

Urgent help thanks

Check if there isnt something stuck in the fan. Also check that the fan isnt sucking the firewall into the fan inlet.
