Anybody knows how long does the build-up process take once the car has been to the boys in blue and they say it is kosher?
I has paper set of the wheels which was last registered in the old dispensation if you get the drift

Your Question does not seem clear
But I take it you want to know how long a beetle rebuild takes
All depends on your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Or are you refering to how long it takes them to put it back on the system
Up to a FFFFFFFFFF YEAR

I am told there is a fella in Jozi who does build-ups - the paper work at a rather reasonable price. Anybody knows who he/she be and how one gets in touch with this said person?
Guyz, I'd like to get a car papered in under 3 months.

I think you register it as a code 3 or something like that. The traffic department should be able to tell you more about how it works.Good luck
