Ja, I used to walk down Proes Straat every day in 1981 on my way to Tech. They pay extra rates there, to keep the "r" in the name.

I remember a story that Oom Jan told of his visit to Pta once.

He stopped to ask for directions.The girl started to blush and he realised something was wrong.He turned his window up,grabbed the piece of paper where he wrote down the directions and read it for a couple of minutes.

He rolled down the window ad said to the girl,:"Sorry my girl,it's pRoes street".
