Was that not the beginning of Kit Car Centre, I remember going there once in the fuel crisis
time to enquire about their buggies. Iseemed to remember talking to Rudi the later owner of KCC. They also made a square shaped bakkie body which would have accepted a 100 lt Valiant fuel tank with ease, At the time Iwas fooling around with racing m/cycles and I needed a vehicle that could do a Pta- Cape Town trip on one tank ( no fuel was sold over week ends.)
