To change the drum brakes to disc front and rear is kits available in SA or what can be use as I would indeed like to lower the bus and put nice rims on it

That is strange.

Why don't you find a Bay front suspension that has discs and change to that?

Bays had drums all round up to about 1970 exept for Brazillian busses. They front suspension of the later Bays are not a straight bolt on.

Hi All
Since I move to Hermanus about 18 months ago I havent work on this bus and would like to sell this bus to someone who will restore this bus to its glory. The bus will go to the highest bidder by the end of February 2010.
