Your bus rocks man! :mrgreen: I would give anything to own one, sadly not that easy to find anymore. I'll keep an eye out for it when I'm in Stellenbosch again.

HR, I found a guy called Jurgen in the Strand as well who knows loads of people with all types of ACVW's especially buses. He's going to help me with the wheels when I get back and check the rear brakes as I think the wheel coming off has damaged them badly.

He was born in Wolksburg!

Hey guys and gals....I visited a VW parts place in Sydney today and bought more bits....nice giy who's happy to ship parts to SA if interested....I've taken a brochure and the web site is http://www.vintageveedub.com.au

Had loads of bays, beetles and about 3 splitty buses.

OK, so I hope you are all ready :D .....the interior is 95% done only the roof lining left to do!!!! :hangloose:

Should be done by Wednesday and then into the shop for the new fuel pump, generator, regulator and to fix the damage from the wheel coming off!!!!! :(

DD, that looks very nice! I am envious. The interior in my "restored" bus that I bought really looks k@k compared to yours.
