Hi HR, Im real glad you are unhurt. Accidents happen extremely quickly... one can lose count of the number of potential accidents that were avoided just by driving to work in the mornings!

On a happier note, nice seeing you guys on Saturday in Stellenbosch and Im glad it was not your blue beetle involved in the accident...dont think it would have held up as strongly as the Buggy!

Hi Dave,

Thank goodness you're ok, the stiff body part normally only kicks in later.

Sounds like the Beemer :bn: didn't do too well against your buggy!!

Cheers,
John

Screw the buggie...it was watercooled anyway. Let's all get together and beat the shit out of the guy that attacked your son

Glad you're all ok though!

Sorry to hear about the trauma, I was in an accident last week too. Not as bad as we could both drive away, but my car has a smash mouth now and needs TLC.
To make matters worse my battery overflowed and now my car looks dishevelled and smells like an old egg sandwich. Does anyone have any safe ideas on how to clean up all the acid?

Bicarb of soda for the acid. I used him before :hangloose:
