The plan is to build the bent one that will work on all cars. Also to make it folding.

I am not at home, otherwise I will post pics of mine. It is for a 1303 though, but I made it in such a way that you can use it on either suspension.... Will try and remember when I get back home. I ahd dimensions somewhere as well which I opied from another that I borrowed once....

Sarel - if you gonna make a few then I'm keen - Would like a longer one with bigger U Bolts for towing a Bay/Split. The guys a volkspares said not a good idea to A frame a bus - but then I said I wasnt going to use a golf to tow it ! (more like a 4x4 :roll: )

No problem, we can develop one for the bus. Will need the bus for an hour or so one weekend...

Currently busy extending my space for all the VW's and work area as well. Target for completion 2 weeks :D Need to draw up some plans and get some pipes bent. Anybody with a pipe bender for sale? 50mm or so would do it me thinks.... As soon as this work is done I plan to start on this.

Lady emailed me pics of frame, it is an old skool frame that requires you to remove your tow bar ball and bolt this one on there....bit if a kak system if you ask me....plus wasnt shaped so lekker and bent....
