As you said, its not going into a high revving engine.... so 40 or 45 shouldnt make much difference.

Adapterplates Available for Rotary in Beetle and others aswell
And Special Boxes built for Rotary Conversions and Scubies

The specs I posted is what I got from CB Perfomance, they are a CB product.
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......
