Re: Blitzkrieg's Fastback
Nope, i've not heard anything from the owner of that 411, he was supposed to contact me to arrange a viewing when he's back in town, but it still hasn't happened

Re: Blitzkrieg's Fastback
So finally, the fastback got wired up properly
Dirk did a fabulous job on it,he tested everything and it works fine - even the little light in the instrument cluster that shows when the parklights are on is working fine!
I just have to sort out a few things in the car which includes fitting the dashpad, mounting the Porsche speedo, waiting for my ignition switch and a few other things that need doing then Dirk can come and just do the final touches.
Looking back, if I had a set plan in mind when I first bought the car, it would have been running like last year June already - I keep on beating myself up over that, but I just put it down to school fees and the learning curve
My next project will be a lot easier, now that I know what to do

Re: Blitzkrieg's Fastback
Thats a cool fasty mate, just had a good read, glad your wiring went ok! I actually started a small fire in my ex notchback by stupidly trying to change a speedo bulb without disconnecting the battery!
Looking forward to seeing some more pics!
