Hi all, just remember blitz: all the metal comes from a beetle that was cut up a while ago. so its still german metal, just relocated and put back to good use.

Good stuff then, better than the previous fibreglass!

That red fasty was sacrificed but its organs have helped no less than 3 Type 3s to date

I was busy just minding my own business, having a loonnnggg week, when some pictures arrived in my inbox today quite unexpectedly.


To be honest, I don't even know where some of these pictures are from. This notch has more rust than other cars have places.
So I wont say too much, except that the A-pillars could actually support a windshield again.

Thanks bernard. at last i can say that all the rust/welding have been sorted out. been battling the whole weekend to get all the panels lined-up. the worst part was the doors. but its all looking good now.

The Rust has been sorted. Now thats music to a man's ears!

We should have the fender welts before the weekend as well. Headlights, tailights , glass all ready, just say when I should bring.
