This is no Split bus, they don't want a hacked fasty over there in the UK so no go

This is the end.
The end.
Dear friends
This is the end.

This car is for sale, after the previous deal fell thru this weekend, thanks to a so called friend. But. I'm looking at getting R8k for it. Doesn't include the engine, front seats or porsche gauges. What you basically get is a shell, with complete interior minus front seats, papers, all wiring done, golf mk1 crystal front lights, 4 14 inch rostyles with good tyres. It has new shocks all round, lowered 2 splines in front and 1 at the back, gearbox is converted to run a late model release bearing. Have a newly recon dual circuit master cylinder..car needs an engine, bleeding the brakes, some front seats, welding on the chassis i will supply the donor section to repair, and there you are up and running...please pm me if interested...

You know Blitz... if it was that easy, you should do it yourself.

I guess that 30 day thing didn't work for you did it

Sorry Dirk, going thru a bit of a rough patch at the moment - Car just adds to it so I want it gone...

Tt's back on. I can't sell this car. It is too close to my heart. I've also started another project, but that won't have a thread here for various reasons.

So, found a dash that is decent, yes it is cracked by the speaker grille, but it's one of the better ones that I have seen - Have another uncracked dash that will be refurbed when someone who can do a lekker job, without breaking the bank, comes along

Well, I must thank this SP steering wheel for giving me a lot of motivation - Looks absolutely stunning. Painted metallic black, see it sparkle in the sun - Steering wheel was rather dirty when this shot was taken.

Porsche speedo fits snugly - Just have to paint the rim now.

Useless post, I know, but it helps me to keep my spirits up

Car is sitting and waiting for Dirk to come and start up the engine and finish off the wiring.

Managed to get a set of Porsche wheels for it, must go and pick them up - so I'm busy trying to source some discs and calipers to fit them :hangloose: I'll only post pictures of these once everything is confirmed and they go onto the car
