the colour didnt come out to good in the photo-you cant actually see how bright the yellow is.

If Big Bird was to drive a Volkswagen, this is the colour that he would have chosen
What type of paint was this car sprayed with?

Looking goode so far. And yeah the cut and polish will make a huuuge diff. Big bird is a freaky ass sesame street character. Haha. Its a compliment.. The black interiors going to be schweeet.

More than meets the eye!

Is that the yellow on the crosspolo? That is a very cool shade of yellow!

Looks good , if you want to keep her looking that way for years use NO WETT .It is a waterless wash and pollish . My cars paintjob is 10 years old and still shines like a new paintjob.I have been using it for the last 5 years. Good luck.

Re: my 78 after spraying
Quick tip. Glue doesn't like to stick to fresh, glossy paint. Scuff the area where the rubbers are to be glued on. It should stick.

Re: my 78 after spraying
the only problem is.....the chrome trimming goes right up to the quarter window, if i leave it off there will be an ugly gap.
the water will go in, and more rust will return.
gemkem sticks pretty much anything, if the surfaces are prepped and the glue been left to dry for 5-10mins before bonding the
2 surfaces, there shouldnt be a problem. but ill bare it in mind.
