Unknown Beach Buggy

Does anyone know this make of Beach Buggy?

The owner says it was built in Joburg.It's called the Super Bug and even has place in the nose for a radiator.

It is very neat,short wheel base Beach Buggy and the interior is also clean.Only place for the speedo.
