ok guys, so i thought id upload some pics of my wedding :P , i got married on the 5th of october 2008 and came into the beetle scene about 2 months 8) before that when i purchased my blue 72' beetle, i have never looked back.
So with the passion in motion i needed to obtain, something a little less common for the wedding cars(what with everyone driving bmws' and mercedes) VWAircooled was the only choice :D :D i came across a lovely couple :hangloose: who owned a ghia and beetle from the phenomenalbugz club and a buddy of mines ghia was used as the fouth car, have a look for yourselves......

WOW :D Nice man, love the rides, got to get all your loves mixed in all in one day, good on you.
I can only imagine if I had that on my wedding day the wife would have F-ckek me up there & then, she just doesn't like ACVW's
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......

Talking about life-changing events:
I was considering getting rid of my Fastback the last few months but now I am reconsidering since I found out on Saturday that I might be a dad soon :)
I think I'll keep the fastback for the next generation. After all, it was my dad's :mrgreen:

My wife wouldn't have minded the VWs, but I think the inlaws might have frowned. After 20 years in the family I'm still getting comments about my old cars.
The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

Congratulations are in order.

It is nice to know that there are more people aflicted with the incurable ACVW Bug

My friend, Andrè, is getting married this Saturday. His bride to be insited that she wants to use my Beetle (Petrus) as her wedding car.

When I received an offer from a buyer on the car, she insisted that I can only hand over the car after their wedding.

The short outcome was: her wish was my COMMAND ........

Green '58 on Fuchs: Aneesa Hassen from Phenomenal Bugs, 2,3 ltr Dave Rowley built, full everything motor. Just ask the C.T. VTec and STi drivers... :D
Red and white 65 KG: Faheem Benjamin from Phenomenal Bugz, stock 1300 TP, slammed via narrowed front beam, with dropped spindles and adjusters...
Maroon and white KG: Ichraam Daniels from Phenomenal Bugz, stock 1300 SP
