Recently there are more and more forum members sporting pornographic pics for their avatars, or posting porno pics on threads outside the Seat Covers forum.

Guys, please spare a thought for those of us who access this site at work.

My employer allows me to view non-work-related websites while at work, but viewing porn on work PCs is a summarily dismissable offence. With the rash of boob-bouncing, titty twiddling, banana swallowing and other sexually explicit avatars that have popped up lately, it is becoming very risky for me to access this site at work. I'm sure I'm not the only one. :zhelp:

Please Volks, let's keep the porno pics on this site on topic, ie, ONLY ACVW porn! If you have to share your latest turn-on, :jerkoff: please keep it in the Seat Covers forum. :flash:

Maybe Im to old for that but I support the request.
I think there is a place for everything and to mix it up is bad .
When I go to a site and it opens with porno I switch it off.

I also agree.. it doesn't help that my manager is seated a couple of rows behind me.
Sometimes its quite annoying because it would be a thread I would like to read but I have to be careful how I scroll which wastes my time.

There is a section for that kind of content, which I don't open at work.

Apply a bit of common sense and self-moderation please.

Hi Volks.... I agree with Fig

I work for Vodacom and the stance on porn, regardless of its severity is also a complete no no! At times I might be scrolling through the discussion, or offered sections, and my line manager comes to chat, I have had to close the screen as some avatars are too sexual. Our company has in the passed dismissed staff from entry to management levels for porn... :(

Eben, Fig, TonyZ, Pine, et al... could we maybe make it a rule then to keep our avatars clean to avoid problems like these....?

I would not like to be restricted from accessing ACVWSA from work because of someones avatar... :shock:

Even more serious than work related complaints, the FIRST night Dutch puts his bouncing avatar on, my wife decides to come and check what I am always reading on the aircooledvwsa site. I then had some "splaining" to do!

Of course those surfing at work should be using Firefox and with the adblock plugin enabled to deny nasty avatars from loading.
