'75 Bug rebuild

Post by autofundi »

My project a 1975 vw bug is nearing the first stage of rebuilding and am so keen to get started. it all started last year when i got my first acvw for my birthday. The car was running, but the bod was and is not in the greatest nick. stripped it and very slowly have started redoing all working parts.

i have one question though can anyone possibly tell when i can a complete rubber seal set in sa? Help is appreciated.

Going at a slowish pace at the moment. Need new steel panels por the pan and need to make up a tensioner for the spring plates. got the front suspension done and now need to get the slave cylinders and braking components reworked into good shape. Have confirmation on suicid door conversion. :hangloose:
