Eugene Terreblanche was murdered today in his sleep on his farm. Eugene Terreblanche is the head and leader of the AWB. Eugene Terreblanche served a long jail sentence previously, he was the biggest fighter for the Boers.

This indeed is a sad day for South Afrika. Yet another murder, amongst many others which take place in our country. It is sad to see reformed, yes, REFORMED prominent leaders being massacred in such a fashion. A few years ago we had one gunned down in Centurion, now this?!

Let us not join the ‘armed struggle’ and fuel whatever it is that can potentially be fuelled by the killing of Oom ET. Yes, I know many of us have no hope in the justice system, however, let us say “let justice prevail”, and let us believe that the youth who were involved in this brutality will be brought to book, and get to the bottom of their actions if they were motivated by anything other than “a wage dispute”.
