Help with Tin.

Post by Dirk »

Normally I would post this in the wanted section, but I feel this needs a bit more attention.

I have a friend that has a beach buggy he's been trying to get running for some time.
Where possible, I've helped him with parts and tools to get it going.

We've been taking our time with it, because there isn't any real money to do this with.

His other car, a 30 year old Mazda, was broken in too, and the ignition was completely demolished for him.
That effectively left him with two cars, none of which were running.

We've since managed to get the Mazda running, sort of. But that has dented a non-existent budget into
less than nothing.

There are quite a few things that still need to happen to get his buggy road worthy, but in order to get it
running in a lasting way, we need tin.

Specifically the two top peaces of Cylinder tin and the two bottom peaces that cover the push rod tubes.
This is for a single port engine.

If you have this tin lying around doing nothing, I'd be willing to take it off your hands, but please be aware
that I truly and honestly only have R200 to trade you for it.
