As far as I know - Yep they are - but like everything else in SA rules can be moved slightly to the side depending who they are likely to infringe upon

THE BLUE LIGHT BRIGADE TRAVEL IN CONVOY, had them come passed me a few weeks ago 12-14 cars in all.
