Yes, before you all start laughing, I know they are a load of cr@p. However, at the price I got this one for I could not refuse it even though there is apparently something wrong with the engine.
So, before I start stripping the engine down, I am on the search for a workshop manual, not necessary for the whole vehicle, only interested in the engine. The vehicle is a 2007 model with 1.4 litre Diesel engine. I have searched the internet, without luck. Nobody seems to publish them.
Does anybody out there know where I can buy one, or alternatively what are the bolt torque requirements, settings, etc.

I would suggest try searching for a Rover CitiRover workshop manual, i doubt if your gonna find a Tata manual online, but the poms might have the rover version of the car electronically documented.

Welcome to he club boet Ihave a tata bakkie and know the feeling.
Parts and advice is hard to come by.
I got all the torque settings from my local friendly engine rebuilders. -----Yes let them make jokes with us but at least we are willing to travel the difficult road.
BTW I think that is a good little engine .
