Re: My 1968 Bug
That looks like a nice project!
Just a word of advice: don't worry about fancy shiny bits, additional gauges, bucket seats and wide wheels at this stage. Get it mechanically 100% and roadworthy first, then take if further from there...

Re: My 1968 Bug
Thanx, does anyone know where I can buy rear light tail lenses. The place where I buy my parts dont have stock. And a few more questions. Is rubbers and beadings always that expensive, becuase I paid like 4500 rand for all the rubbers and beadings on the car. The beading trim around the window in the door was like 400 rand for one of them.

Hi Eugene
Are you going to use that steering wheel, if not, I have a steering wheel from a 68 if you wanna swop.

No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.
