No, that seller is deluded. The box is poorly repainted in an incorrect colour, and several of the tools are incorrect.

Sarel Wagner bought a practically NOS set last year for less than that and I thought he paid top dollar.

I suggest at R2500. Bearing in mind the tool box has been resprayed the wrong colour and that looks like a standard water pump pliers. Plus the spanners are not correct.
