somewhere to store a kombi

Post by hendriks »

Hi all,

I bought a kombi for restoration, but won't be able to work on it now.

I am looking to store the kombi for about a year somewhere in the West Rand, (Fairlands, Weltevreden Park, Honeydew, Muldersdrift....???)

Can anyone (with space or a plot or something) help me out or point me in right direction. Indoors or undercover would be first prise, but I can cover it with something if it's outside as well....

Thanks in advance...

Your best bet would be a "U-Store" or "Mini-Storage" place, you can lock it up, it will be dry and hot, so rust will not be a problem. (it will speed up the rust, if you put it "under something")
Look in phone book.
Hope it helps.

Hi Hendrik

You're welcome to store it at my place. I am about 20 minutes away from you. I do not have any under cover space but you are welcome to erect summat.
