Well it looks like the photos are visible.
A little bit about my 69.

She is currently a two tone, brilliant white with a mazda beige. ( thinking about changing this again)
Wide fiberglass fenders.
Centerline rims with 185/60/14 front and 235/70/14 rear.
Adjustable front suspension with select-a-drop adjuster on both beams
Disc brake conversion with 16v Golf caliper and ventilated discs.
Rose joint conversion in place of king and link pins.
Stock gearbox with full brace kit in place.
Solid mount at the rear
Stock standard 1600 single port type 1 motor with alternator and Empi filter.
Wildcat 4-1 exhaust system (due for replacement).
Stand off kit on rear decklid.

The interior has been sprayed in the beige as well as the doors.
i have race type winder mechanisms with one piece windows
Empi shifter
Speedwell rev counter
New brazillian type speedo.
Racing seats that are an ugly yellow(will change soon) with 3-point harnesses.
Empi door panels.

Well Nosedown, all I can say is you have an awesome bug there bud. I love those Drag type wheels :hangloose:

Yes nice looking bug packed with nice goodies :hangloose:

Nice! looks like you doing a great job.

Can you tell me a bit more about the rose joints? where you had it done and how simple? feel of the car? what other mods were needed to make it work?
From fastest to slowest:

Birkin race car, not much is standard
Lotus Elise 111R, almost everything is standard
'75 SP 1600 with a few mods
B8 A4 Avant tdi, towing made easy
