Its only been a week. But a week withouit ACVWSA is really not cool.
Last Saturday we had a good ole Cape Town storm for most of the afternoon. As usual we were out in the Parking lot doing bits and pieces to vehicles that needed work.
There was just one lightening strike and a moerse thunder clap. The time between the 2 was only a couple of seconds. Which tells me the storm is vertically above us. Not really bothered we carried on working.
It then comes to light after having no internet of telephone for a week, the lightning strike hit the telephone pole in the corner of my neighbours and my garden, frying all the telephone cables.
I like being out in a storm, but this was a bit close for comfort.
