I wouldn't pay that much for a 70s Beetle, but it is an SP, which was not produced in huge numbers and is a uniquely South African model. And, from the pics at least, it seems to be in good nick. If you want to put bets on which 70s Beetles will be most valuable in future, the SP would be right up there.
