What engine do I have?

Post by Merlin »

's up all?

I just took the code off of my old engine, and did a quick Google search...the page I found, which is comprehensive, does not list my code :?:

FDR14****

It's a 1200 afaik, but some more info would be great. :)

Any clues?

Merlin,

That doesnt add up. I have NEVER come across a code like that. Are you sure this is a factory marked code, and not a DIY thing?

"R" in the # tells me it was a factory recon block at some point in its life; it is unlikely you will find any info on the net as the "R" is exclusive RSA
the # should also start with SF also exclusive RSA
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......
