'67 bug rear track length...

Post by Merlin »

's up?

The rear track on a '67 bug is wider than other years.

Obviously this plays havoc with wheels with odd offsets...EG: My EMPI 8s...I'm hoping my new rims alleviate this problem, but if not, what are the possible solutions? Shorten the track? Cut the center of the rim out and reweld?

Hp is how fast you hit the wall, and Torque is how far you take the wall with you."
