Advice please

Post by Benson »

Not sure about the year model yet. Looks like 1970
Got an original 2.0l engine according to the owner.
Needs a sun roof and two window rubbers.

Interior origioriginal needs some attention.
What would you pay?

It looks like post-74. If the engine is 2.0l and it is original then bus is 76 or later.

I didn't repost that ad on these forums because I thought the price was way too high and I wonder why it's for sale as an unfinished project, right after application of shiny paint.

That's the question.
Has papers and licensed.
What would be a good price. Provided it needs a pot attention on the Interior upholstery and roof lining.

Only you can say that. Personally, I wouldn't buy that bus for any price.

It's not really possible to estimate value based on one photograph. Seeing the bus and checking it over carefully is the only way.

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

I wouldn't pay more than 5k.

In a case like this, consider everything to be wasted and in need for an overhaul. Nothing can be trusted.
